“Our experience was bad and dissapointing because we were excited for this! We booked for one day, once confirmed, a week before they told us if we could change the date and do them a favor, we accepted. When the new date approached we saw that the weather forecast was quite bad with heavy rain (we had just come from a major flood). We called to ask them to please change us to the day we had chosen.
